Meet Your Therapist
Adriana Fegenbush, MS, LIMHP
For more than 14 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and families throughout Iowa and Nebraska, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress.
My passion for becoming a therapist began while working with underserved families facing significant challenges. Witnessing their resilience and the barriers they often encountered in accessing support inspired my commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that helps individuals and families create meaningful change.
Outside of my work, I am deeply family-oriented and cherish spending quality time with my loved ones, including family and close friends. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature, spending time at the lake, or simply enjoying fresh air with my family. I also value staying active through regular exercise, which helps me maintain balance and well-being. These experiences remind me of the importance of connection, resilience, and self-care—values that I strive to bring into my work with every client.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside children, teens, and families during some of life’s most challenging moments, and I am committed to providing a compassionate, supportive space where healing, growth, and hope can flourish.
I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where children, teens, and families feel understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.
As a bilingual therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting Hispanic families while warmly welcoming clients from all backgrounds and cultures.
